The delivery times below are estimates only and are based on Australia Post’s recent performance. Weather conditions and unexpected events can cause delays.

Shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you received free shipping for your purchases and you’d like a refund, the handling and postage cost of $9.80 for Standard Shipping and $14.80 for Express Shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only ship within Australia (NSW, NT, ACT, QLD, TAS, VIC, WA) at the moment but feel free to contact us via email at [email protected] before placing an order that shipment outside of these areas or international shipping.


All orders from Vaper Choice will be delivered via Australia Post.

  • For security purposes, we highly recommend all orders made through Vaper Choice require a signature upon delivery.
  • Authority to Leave may be requested by the customer. Please be advised that Vaper Choice waivers all liability once the parcel has been delivered per the customer’s instruction. 

Orders received on weekdays (Monday to Friday), before 12 PM (Sydney AEDT/AEST), will be processed and shipped on the same day under normal circumstances.

Orders received on weekdays after 12 PM and on Weekends (Saturday to Sunday) or public holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and picked up by our courier, you will receive a tracking number via an automated email. If you did not receive any tracking number after 1-2 business days of placing your order, please contact us here.

If you have not received your order within 5-7 business days from the expected date, please contact Australia Post with your provided tracking number. If you have not gotten a response from Australia Post, please contact us here.

Unfortunately, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to your package in transit. Should the shipping company misplace, lose or allow your package to be damaged in transit, we will try our best to facilitate your dispute with them but maintain no obligation to refund, exchange or replace your order.


We understand that it is frustrating to receive a faulty product, Vaper Choice proudly provides an extended warranty of up to 6 months on starter kits, mods, tanks, and batteries subject to the information in the Warranty and Return policy. 

The shipping cost for sending any device back to us is not refundable. However, once we have deemed that the product is faulty within 6 months of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

The time taken for the exchanged product may vary depending on the place you live in and its distance.

If your parcel was returned to sender due to multiple attempts at delivery or it wasn’t collected at the post office or incorrect address, you will need to cover the cost of return and re-shipping for us to redeliver the parcel to you.

Please note that we do not recommend using the built-in USB charging feature on starter kits/mods that use replaceable Lithium-ion cells (battery).
Lithium-ion batteries should be balanced and charged using a proper external charger to avoid damaging the cells and to reduce the risk of venting.
Micro and mini USB charging ports are notoriously fragile and as such we do not offer a warranty or repair service on any USB charging ports.
