Shipping Information


Australia Post is currently experiencing long delivery delays nationwide due to the COVID pandemic, which has lead to an unprecedented volume of mail moving through their network. All shipments to all addresses, including express parcels, will experience additional delivery delays of two to five business days or more.

Here is the current delivery estimates which override the standard delivery estimates days (extracted from last updated 21/06/2021)

Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Order received on Weekdays (Monday to Friday), before 12pm (AEST), will be processed and shipped on the same day under normal circumstances, order received on Weekend (Saturday to Sunday) will be processed and shipped by Monday.

All the products from VaperChoice will be delivered with Australia post and tracking number will be sent via email.

We only ship within Australia at the moment but feel free to contact us via email at before placing an order that requires international shipping.

Unfortunately we will not be liable for any loss of or damage caused to your package in transit. Should the shipping company misplace, lose or allow your package to be damaged in transit, we will try our best to facilitate your dispute with them but maintain no obligation to refund, exchange or replace your order.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping expenses when it comes to returning an item that is faulty.

The time taken for the exchanged product may vary depending on the place you live in and its distance.

Please note that we do not recommend using built-in USB charging feature on starter kits / mods that use replaceable Lithium ion cells (battery). Lithium ion batteries should be balance charged using a proper external charger to avoid damaging the cells and to reduce the risk of venting. Micro and mini USB charging ports are notoriously fragile and as such we do not offer a warranty or repair service on any USB charging ports.
