NSW Lockdown Notice

We are open for click and collect and delivery

 Due to the New South Wales Government’s decision to send NSW into a lock-down, we are temporarily closing our physical vape stores to walk in sales. All of our stores located across  Sydney in Bankstown and Surry hills are affected from Midnight on the 17th of July.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. The health and well-being of you, our valued vape family, and of course our staff, remain our highest priority.
We’ll be back soon for walk in trade to service the people of Sydney. Until then here is a list of options we have available to keep Australia vaping!

The NSW Government has announced tighter restrictions on retail, specifying you can leave your home to shop for your essential needs, with a limit of one person from each household and browsing is not permitted. We will be limiting all customers who prefer to pickup their item in urgency/click and collect, to single person per order.

Our stores will remain open, though in the interest of Staying Safe and the wellbeing of our Staff and community, we kindly ask you to shop expediently for what you need, and to adhere the NSW Government’s Orders of “no browsing” in our store during this difficult time. If you prefer to come in to purchase your vape, we urge you to buy over the phone or online and select click and collect as our Staff will not be able to assist you with items around our Stores, in line with NSW Government Health Orders.

Our warehouse facilities are operating as normal to fulfil your online order with some delays in processing and shipping due to the additional volume.

In the best interest of our staff, and our customers’ health and well-being we ask that you adhere to our COVID-19 policy and conditions of entry when shopping at our stores.

  • – If you are feeling unwell – do not visit our stores – please shop online and select delivery.
  • – Masks must be worn by all persons while they are within our stores.
  • – You must scan the Government QR code and check in on entry.
  • – You must sanitise your hands on entry.
  • – You must maintain a 1.5m distance between other people.
  • – We limit the number of customers within our stores in accordance with the latest regulations.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Vaper Choice will offer same delivery options within a 5-8km radius of the stores. To check your eligibility and availability of same day delivery options,  please call our stores to organise same day delivery. However, an extra charge for same day delivery will incur.

Price list:

        • $200 and above is free
        • $10 for orders over $100 but under $200
        • $20 for orders under $100

NOTE :  Due to hygiene reasons.

  • Any refund/exchanges due to a change of mind will not be allowed

  • No on the spot repair services, customer need to leave the devices for us to test and repair , we will contact you after repair is done 

 


Shipping information

Australia Post is currently experiencing long delivery delays nationwide due to the COVID pandemic, which has lead to an unprecedented volume of mail moving through their network. All shipments to all addresses, including express parcels, will experience additional delivery delays of two to five business days or more.

Warranty Procedures

Our warranty procedures will be slightly affected by the lockdown. If you would like to make a warranty claim, please deliver via post or contactless drop-off.
Warranty claims may be delayed by a week due to the high load. We apologise for any inconveniences that you may experience as a result. For any updates on your warranty status, please send us an email detailing your order/purchase invoice.
