Yes! We are a Sydney based vape supply store with a wide range of vapes to choose from.

  1. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer Free standard delivery above $100 and express delivery with an extra $5 shipping fee for orders above $100.

  1. Do you do click and collect?

Yes, we do and its FREE! You can choose to collect in Bankstown, Surry Hills, or Rydalmere. Choose your preferred location at check out. (Please allow 48h for collection)

  1. I found cheaper price elsewhere, can you price match that?

Of course! As long as they’re located in Australia and have a physical store, we can price match any prices! Please refer to our price-matching policy here

  1. How long is your warranty?

Most vape stores only offer 3 months warranty. With Vaper Choice, we offer up to 6 months extended warranty from the date of purchase. Click here to see what our warranty does and doesn’t cover.

  1. Do you cover the shipping cost if I return the product to you?

We understand that it is frustrating to receive a faulty product. However, you are responsible to cover shipping cost that may incur when you return the product to us. Once we have deemed that the product is faulty within 6 months of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order through Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided for you via email once your order has been processed and dispatched. If you did not receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days of placing the order, please contact us at [email protected]

  1. My parcel is lost/damaged/returned to sender, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within 5-7 business days from the expected date, please contact Australia Post with your provided tracking number. If you have not gotten a response from Australia Post, please contact us at [email protected]

We will open an investigation with Australia Post to help resolve this matter. However, Vaper Choice is not liable for any lost/damaged item that happened during transit.

If your parcel was returned to sender due to multiple attempts at delivery, you will need to cover the cost of return for us to redeliver the parcel to you.

We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, ZIP PAY, PAYID (Bank Transfer) and LAYBY.

After your order has been packed and processed, the tracking will be automatically sent to your provided email address.
