  1. Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we’re only shipping to NSW, VIC, WA, ACT, and QLD. Anywhere outside of that, please contact us at sales@vaperchoice.com.au

  1. Do you have store that I can visit?

Yes! We are a Sydney based vape supply store with a wide range of vapes to choose from.

  1. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer Free standard delivery above $50 and free express delivery above $100.

  1. Do you do click and collect?

Yes, we do and its FREE! You can collect in Bankstown or Surry Hills. Choose your preferred location at check out. (Please allow 48h for collection)

  1. I found cheaper price elsewhere, can you price match that?

Of course! As long as they’re located in Australia and have a physical store, we can price match any prices! Please refer to our price matching policy here

  1. How long is your warranty?

Most vape supply store only offer 3 months warranty. With Vaper Choice, we offer up to 6 months extended warranty from date of purchase. Click here to see what our warranty does and don’t cover.

  1. Do you cover shipping cost if I return the product to you?

We understand that it is frustrating to receive a faulty product. However, you are responsible to cover shipping cost that may incur when you return the product to us. Once we have deemed that the product is faulty within 6 months of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order through Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided for you via email once your order has been processed and dispatched. If you did not receive a tracking number within 1-2 business day of placing the order, please contact us at sales@vaperchoice.com.au

  1. My parcel is lost/damaged/return to sender, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within 5-7 business days from the expected date, please contact Australia Post with your provided tracking number. If you have not gotten a response from Australia Post, please contact us at sales@vaperchoice.com.au

We will open an investigation with Australia Post to help resolve this matter. However, Vaper Choice is not liable for any lost/damaged item that happened during transit.

If your parcel was returned to sender due to multiple attempts at delivery, you will need to cover the cost of return for us to re-deliver the parcel to you.

  1. What payment method do you use?

We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, POLI PAY, ZIP PAY and LAYBY.

  1. When will I get my tracking?

After your order has been packed and processed, the tracking will be automatically sent to your provided email address.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?

After your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order.

Please contact us ASAP if you’d like to change or cancel your order.

  1. Where can I get nicotine?
